iPad/iPhone Compatible Basecamp Project Management System
Milestones, to-do lists and updates oh my!
As a customer when you partner with UMA to do a project, you will be assigned a member/s of our team who will give special attention to you and your project. You will be given access to our Project Management System (Basecamp) where you will have 24 hour access to the details of your project (schedule, scope, progress, design comps, etc.) in real time. Basecamp natively works with iPhone and iPad so that you can keep up with your project anywhere at anytime. You will be able to post questions and track progress from anywhere you have Internet access.
The members of our team will respond to any questions you have with-in 24 hours (usually the same day if not immediately). With the tools we will provide you, you will be able to be as involved in the process as much or as little as you want.
